  • Athletics Recruiting Coordinator (1992–93) – Played a pivotal role in shaping future rosters.

  • Associate Athletics Director (1997–2013) – Oversaw critical projects and facility development.

  • Founding Administrator for UK Softball (1997) – Instrumental in launching the program, which became a national powerhouse under his stewardship.

  • Legacy Honored – John Cropp Stadium (UK’s softball facility) was named in his honor upon retirement in 2013, recognizing his impact on women’s sports.
