Since 1977, The K House, has been the home of the University of Kentucky Varsity Letter Association. The K House is available to rent for corporate or private functions. We are a University of Kentucky approved vendor and offer specialty rates for UK staff and faculty.
Rent the entire K House, main room & foyer, just the foyer, conference room or lower level with prep kitchen and patio. Flatscreens, interactive audio/video, tables, and chairs are included with all rates.

All rentals are for a minimum of 4 hours. Additional fees include $150 per floor for cleaning (required), and other applicable fees. $500 minimum security deposit. Posted rates are for non- holiday/special event dates.

Catering
Our event coordinator, Marilyn can help you idenitfy a caterer, design your menu or guide you through the process, place the order and ensure all logistics are covered.
Independent bar services are available. Contact our event coordinator to learn more about our bar service partner or to obtain a quote from any of our approved caterers.
Please note there is no food or beverage minimum to host an event at our location.
